e-Charterparty – Operational from 14/05/2026

Possibility to continue using the existing procedure instead of the digital one until June 30, 2026

As of May 14, 2026, the electronic application “e-Charterparty” will be launched on the website echarterparty.yna.gov.gr, in accordance with Article 14 of Joint Ministerial Decision No. 3133.1/47821/28.6.2024 (Government Gazette B’ 3798, corrigendum 4050), which constitutes the regulatory framework governing its operating procedures and terms of use.

It is noted that, in order to assist public service users and other users of the application, given the changes being introduced and in order to ensure a smooth transition to the new framework, the option will be provided until June 30, 2026, to continue following the existing procedure instead of the digital one.
